You never know what challenges you might face next. We have the expertise of CPAs, EAs, MBAs, bookkeepers, and financial planners, so we can help in almost any area of business or personal finance. We also have a broad network of related professionals, so we can quickly connect you with someone who can handle and issue outside our expertise and help guide the interaction; however, as we always say, if it has to do with money, we can probably help.

RESPONSIVENESS

While good planning eliminates most fire drills, sometimes you need answers! Having an adviser respond in hours, not days or weeks, is a critical part of business in the new world. We love to use new technology like videoconferencing and texting, but we’re never afraid to pick up the phone if we need to make a call.

You can expect for us to give you instructions and deliverables specific to you. You should expect clear guidance, not generic tips. In return, we expect my clients to follow certain procedures so we can deliver this custom service.

FLAT FEES

We charge flat fees only, and we don't sell products. You'll never be surprised by a bill again and will always know exactly how much you pay us. Our transaction is simple: you pay the fee, and we help answer your questions. That's it!

LIMITED CLIENTS

We know what it takes to do a good job, and every client deserves the time and attention they paid for. We plan our time and keep a limited client roster to ensure we can offer the time dedicated to serve each client. Once that roster is full, we don't take new clients until one drops off. This ensures that you get the time and attention you paid for and that when we do talk we are not over-worked and in a hurry to get on to the next item!

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Our relationship goes beyond "tax time." Taxes are an important service to be sure, but our clients all pay a flat, low, monthly subscription, which includes tax preparation. We believe this better reflects our clients’ needs and our service. We have just as much work to do in the Fall as we do in "the season."
